Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your ProxyFit account and app data.
Delete inside the app
- Open ProxyFit.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and app data associated with that account. This cannot be undone.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@proxyfit.app from the email address connected to your ProxyFit account and request account deletion.
Data deleted
- Account authentication data.
- Workout history and custom exercise data.
- Character, Spotter, boss, skill, reward, and game progress data.
- Coaching-related account data where applicable.
- Support, data export, and deletion request records associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally appropriate.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, anti-fraud, billing, or app store obligations. Optional deletion feedback may be saved separately as anonymized product feedback.
