These Terms of Service explain the rules for using ProxyFit. By using ProxyFit, you agree to these terms.
Use of ProxyFit
ProxyFit is provided for personal fitness tracking, game-based motivation, and optional coaching workflows. You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email and for activity on your account. You may permanently delete your account from Account Settings inside the app.
Health disclaimer
ProxyFit provides fitness tracking, game progression, coaching tools, and general exercise information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition and is not a substitute for a licensed medical professional.
Exercise can involve risk of injury. Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, unusual weakness, severe pain, or any symptom that feels unsafe. Seek medical care when appropriate.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing exercises, intensity, weights, and workout routines that match your ability. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise if you have health concerns, injuries, or medical restrictions.
Coaching and premium features
Premium analytics and coaching features may change as ProxyFit develops. Coaching is informational and motivational; it is not medical care, physical therapy, or emergency support.
Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, purchases and subscriptions are handled through the applicable app store or purchase provider. Subscription cancellation, refunds, and billing management are generally handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the provider used at purchase.
No emergency monitoring
ProxyFit does not monitor your body in real time, does not provide emergency response, and should not be used as a safety device during exercise.
Changes to the app or terms
ProxyFit may change features, pricing, availability, and these terms as the app develops. When material terms change, the app may require acceptance of the new version before continued use.
