This Privacy Policy explains how ProxyFit collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifier.
• Workout data, including logged exercises, sets, reps, weight, time, distance, custom exercises, workout history, and related progress.
• Game progress, including character, Spotter, boss, skill, reward, and progression data.
• Coaching-related information, if you use coaching features, such as coaching applications, check-ins, assigned workouts, messages, notes, and progress photos.
• Support, data export, and account deletion requests.
• Basic app diagnostics or crash information if diagnostics are enabled.

How We Use Information

• To provide login, cloud save, workout history, progress tracking, game progression, coaching workflows, and support.
• To help troubleshoot bugs, protect accounts, and improve ProxyFit.
• To process account deletion, data export, support, and billing-related requests.

Health and Fitness Data

ProxyFit stores workout and progress information so the app can function. ProxyFit does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring.

Storage and Service Providers

ProxyFit uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage. Some data may also be cached locally on your device so the app can run smoothly. If purchases are enabled, Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat may process purchase status so the app can unlock paid features.

Data Sharing

ProxyFit does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, provide support, process purchases, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

• You can edit or remove many app entries directly inside ProxyFit.
• You can request support from Account Settings.
• You can permanently delete your account from Account Settings inside the app.
• You can contact support if you need help with deletion or account access.

Children

ProxyFit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support.

International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on the services used to operate ProxyFit.

Changes to This Policy

ProxyFit may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. When material changes are made, the app may ask you to accept the updated version before continuing.
