Log your first workout

Add exercises to your current session, then complete the session to save the history and apply workout rewards.

Step by step: record and finish a workout
  1. Open Workout and choose a muscle group, cardio, or sport. Search for an exercise and select it.
  2. Enter the fields that fit the exercise. Strength exercises usually use weight and reps for each set; cardio can use time, distance, and calories burned.
  3. Tap + Add Set for additional sets, then Add To Workout to add the exercise to the current session.
  4. Add the rest of your exercises. Open Current Workout Session to check the list or use a row’s … menu to edit or remove it.
  5. Choose Complete Workout to open the Turn In Workout screen. Review it, then tap Complete Workout there to finalize the session.
  6. The results screen shows your workout XP and stat points. Continue when you are ready, and revisit the saved session from Workout History.

Add To Workout builds the session; the final Complete Workout action saves it. You can review your entries before that final step.

How do sets, units, and cardio fields work?

Choose the unit you use, such as kg or lb, and enter the result for each set. You can log bodyweight and use the available set types, including normal, warm-up, failure, and drop sets.

Example strength entry, for illustration
Set Weight Reps
1 40 kg 10
2 40 kg 8

Cardio and sports use the fields available for that activity. Enter time, distance, calories burned, or other relevant results. Use the field controls to add or remove tracking options when needed. The values should describe the activity you actually completed.

How do I use routines and custom exercises?

Save a group of exercises as a routine to reuse on another day. You can build one from the Workout routines area or use Save Workout as Routine on the completion screen. Choose a saved routine to make it active, then record that day’s results.

Use the add-exercise option in an exercise category to create your own exercise and choose its tracking fields. Free accounts can save 4 routines; Premium supports unlimited saved routines.

Where do I find earlier training and assigned workouts?

Open Workout History from Workout to review saved sessions. Expand a session or exercise to inspect the recorded sets. Free accounts can view the last 3 months of exercise history; Premium adds all-time history and the full analytics dashboard.

If you have a coach, open assigned workouts from your coaching workspace, read the exercise instructions, and log through the normal Workout flow. Completing the linked training lets the coach review your results.

How battles work

Battles are an optional way to use the character progression you earn through training. Start from the Battle tab.

Choose a character and prepare for battle
  1. Open Battle. Choose your main character if you have not selected one yet. Available choices show their unlock requirements.
  2. In the main-character area, review your level, skills, and skins. Use earned Stat Points with the +1 controls for Strength, Endurance, or Speed.
  3. Review or select a Spotter if you own one. You can manage Spotters in the same Battle menu.
  4. Tap Go Battle to enter the fight.
What do I tap during a fight?
  • Tap the battle area to attack. Your equipped basic skill is used. Allow its animation and cooldown to finish before the next attack.
  • The opponent attacks automatically. Watch the enemy and player health bars as the fight continues.
  • If a Spotter is equipped, tap its icon to summon it. A Spotter takes over temporarily, then your main character returns. It can be summoned once per battle.
  • After victory, follow the tap prompt to move to the next fight. After defeat, follow the retry prompt. If a pause overlay appears, tap to resume.
How do workouts, stats, and rewards connect?

When you finalize a workout, the completion screen applies the earned XP and stat points. The Battle menu is where you manage those points and your character setup.

  • Strength contributes to attack damage.
  • Endurance contributes to your available health.
  • Speed affects the time between attacks.

Use the Shop to review available characters, skins, skills, and Spotter options. Each item shows its cost or requirements. You can keep using workout, nutrition, and coaching records whether or not you play battles.

Spotter Points can also be earned through completed workouts and battle progress. Review rewards on the results screens and check your balance and item prices in the Shop.
