Nutrition & Health

Meals. Health.
Made clear.

Learn what you can track, how to log it, and what the numbers mean. Open a walkthrough whenever you need the steps.

The essentials

You do not need a coach or an AI estimate to keep useful records.

Meals

Save photos, notes, calories, and macros. Enter your own values or choose an optional AI estimate.

Health

Manually log weight, body fat, waist, steps, sleep, and water. Use the fields that fit your routine.

Progress

Compare intake with targets, revisit dates, and see 7- or 30-day trends. Your coach can review shared records.

Meals & nutrition

Start with a simple meal record. Add numbers when they are useful to you.

Manual logging is free. AI is optional: free accounts get 3 estimates to try in total; Premium includes up to 3 each day. Review every estimate before saving. Compare plans
How do I record a meal?
  1. Open Home → Nutrition & Health → Meals. The page starts with today’s entries.
  2. Tap + Log meal or the add-meal control. Add a note, choose Add meal photo, or use Take a photo.
  3. Enter calories, protein, carbs, and fat if you want to track them. Macros are recorded in grams; calories use kcal.
  4. Tap Save meal. Use the add-meal control below your most recent entry for the next meal. Tap a photo thumbnail to view it larger.

You can keep a meal as a photo or note without entering nutrition values. Values left blank remain unlogged; a photo-only meal does not automatically add calories to your totals.

How do optional AI estimates work?
  1. Add or take a meal photo in the meal editor. A brief note about ingredients or portions can provide context.
  2. Tap Estimate Nutrition and confirm that you want an estimate.
  3. Review the suggested meal, portions, calories, and macros. Adjust anything that looks wrong before saving.
  4. Save the meal to include the entered numbers in your daily intake. You can also enter values manually.

Estimates are approximate. Hidden ingredients, cooking oil, and portion sizes may not be clear from a photo. See the estimate control and its ? for your allowance and reset information.

How do daily intake and targets work?

The intake card totals the nutrition values entered for the selected day. When targets are set, progress bars help you compare what you logged with your daily calorie and macro goals.

  1. Choose Set targets or Edit targets on the intake card.
  2. Enter the goals you want to track and save. You can leave unused target fields blank.
  3. If you work with a coach, use the same targets to review your plan together.

These totals describe logged meals. Meals with missing values are not a complete record of everything you ate.

Health & habits

Keep the measurements that help you reflect on training, recovery, and daily habits.

How do I enter health measurements?
  1. Switch to the Health tab and tap the add-health control.
  2. Enter any of the six fields you want to record: weight, body fat, waist, steps, sleep, or water. Use the unit shown next to each field.
  3. Leave unused fields blank. You can add a note that applies to the measurements you enter.
  4. Tap Save entry to save the filled-in fields together. Use the add-entry control below the latest entry to record more.

Tap a health entry to reopen its input. Choose a date from the calendar when you want to review or record another day.

Calendar, trends, and feedback

Use today’s view for a quick check, then open the details when you want to understand the pattern.

How do I find an earlier day?
  1. Choose Meals or Health, then open Calendar at the top right.
  2. Move between months and select a date. The page shows records for that day.
  3. Return to today when you are ready to continue daily logging.

If a coach’s reply is on an earlier meal, an ! can guide you through the calendar to the relevant date.

What can my coach see, and where are replies?

When you have an assigned coach, they can review logged meals and health values, reply to meal entries, and help set calorie and macro targets. You can also use all the basic logging tools on your own.

Read meal replies on the relevant meal entry. If an update is marked !, open Meals on that date to view it. For an older date, follow the calendar indicator.

How long are photos kept, and which language does AI use?

Meal photos are available for 14 days. Notes, calories, and macro values remain in your history after the photo is no longer displayed.

Food names and portion descriptions follow the app’s language setting, in English or Japanese. Change the language from Settings in the app.

The AI step runs when you choose to estimate. For information about photo processing and shared records, read the Privacy Policy.
